Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-05-13
1. Acceptance
By inviting the Sploodji bot to a Discord server, or by signing
into the Sploodji dashboard at sploodji.com, you
agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not invite the bot or
use the dashboard. References below to "the Service" mean the bot and
the dashboard collectively.
2. Description of the Service
Sploodji is a multi-guild Discord toolkit. Features include verification, tickets, reports, moderation, economy, profiles, role menus, an embed builder, and similar community-management tools. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
3. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is intended only for age-restricted (18+) Discord servers. Inviting the bot to a server that is not age-restricted is a violation of these Terms.
Server administrators are responsible for verifying that every member interacting with the bot is at least 18, that the server is flagged as age-restricted in Discord, and that the server complies with any additional age-verification obligations under applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate any person.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful content.
- Conduct automated abuse, spam, or large-scale scraping.
- Circumvent the Service's rate limits, access controls, role gates, or moderation features.
- Resell, white-label, or rehost the Service without prior written permission.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.
5. Administrator responsibilities
If you invite the bot to a server you administer, you act as the data controller for the content your members generate through the bot. You are responsible for:
- Informing your members what the bot collects and why, including verification photos, profile fields, and economy balances.
- Configuring the bot in compliance with applicable law, including age restrictions, content rules, and retention policies.
- Granting administrative and staff access on a least-privilege basis.
6. User content
Content you submit to the Service, including embed text, ticket messages, verification photos, profile fields, and custom command bodies, remains yours. You grant the Service a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the features you have enabled. We do not sell user content and do not use it to train machine-learning models.
7. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes what data is stored, where, for how long, and how to request deletion.
8. Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or causes outside our control, including Discord outages, hosting failures, and network incidents.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Sploodji are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of access, or moderation decisions made by server staff using the Service's tools.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server. We may suspend or terminate access for any guild or user that violates these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service. On termination, the affected guild's data will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, subject to legal-hold obligations.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the support server and reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
